2. Are your products made in the USA? Yes. Our pork cracklin goodness is made in the great state of
Texas to be exact. We cook our pork cracklin/chicharrónes crujientes in clean pork fat oil and our cuts of cracklin
come from the shoulder region and then fore ham and jowl. If you are consuming another brand, do you know
where they source their cracklin? For us a good chicharrón is more than just a botana/snack. Ours is the perfect
cooking component for your recipes too.
3. Isn't all chicharrón the same? No. There is a difference. We prepare our signature pork cracklin
using the same recipe since 1983. Our chicharrón is cooked and packed in a Safe Food Quality Level III and U.S.D.A
daily inspected facility. You want the best chicharrón you can get and we do it right. Our chicharrón is more
appetizing, more robust, has a consistent texture with a good bacon flavor, and is more favored by more
chicharrón fans than other brands in the market. Moreover, if you've tried cooking with a pure botanero/snack
